Welcome — we are so glad you are here. Siesta Paradise is our own fifth-floor condo at Bay Oaks on Siesta Key, and this guide is your friendly companion to the space, the community, and the island. Everything is set up so you can settle in easily and spend your days exactly as you like: by the pool, on the sand, out on the bay, or simply relaxing on the lanai with a cool drink in hand.

Made for easy, comfortable days

The primary suite is a calm, light-filled retreat with a king bed and its own bathroom — a lovely place to wake up slowly. The guest room is wonderfully flexible: two twins for friends or family, or one generous king when you prefer it that way, and the sofa bed means there is room for a fifth guest without crowding anyone. Step out to the screened lanai and you are above it all, with views over the heated community pool and the gentle rhythm of Bay Oaks below.

Inside, you will find everything ready for you — just bring a swimsuit. The in-unit washer/dryer keeps beach days carefree, keypad self check-in makes arrival effortless, and free covered parking keeps things simple from the moment you pull in.

Beach days, made simple

One of the loveliest things about staying here is how easy the beach is. You have access to the north AND south beaches, and reaching them is part of the pleasure: a short walk from Bay Oaks, or a free trolley ride to ALL beach access points on Siesta Key. Prefer to stroll? The beach is a 12–15 min walk to Access #12. Prefer to ride? Step outside to the free Breeze Trolley stop and let the island come to you.

And you do not need to pack the beach with you. Our stocked beach closet holds the beach gear you will want for a day on the famous white sands, and tennis & pickleball equipment is ready whenever a friendly match sounds fun.

Life at Bay Oaks

Bay Oaks is a peaceful, waterfront community tucked among live oaks and palms, with the bay on one side and the Gulf beaches a short stroll or trolley ride away. During your stay, you are warmly welcome to enjoy its shared amenities:

• Heated community pool, open daily for a morning swim or a lazy afternoon
• Bay-front fishing pier — perfect for fishing, dolphin spotting, and sunrises over the water
• Bayside BBQ and picnic area, a lovely spot for grilling by the water
• Tennis and pickleball courts, on a first-come, first-served basis
• Clubhouse and community room, with a lounge, pool table, games, lending library, TV, and kitchen
• Free Breeze Trolley stop right outside — ride anywhere on the Key

Arriving, at your own pace

We want your arrival to feel as relaxed as the rest of your stay. With keypad self check-in, you can let yourself in when you arrive — check-in from 4pm, and checkout at 10am, so you can enjoy a final, unhurried morning and evening on the Key. If you have any questions before or during your stay, we are only a message away and happy to help.
